Don't miss the Winneshiek County Fair

Be sure to mark the 2015 Winneshiek County Fair down on your calendar, with the fun and entertainment set to run from Tuesday, July 7, through Saturday, July 11, at the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds in Decorah.

Fair buttons are now on sale for $20 and will get you into all five Grandstand events. Buttons can be purchased online at www.winneshiekcountyfair.org/buttons or by mailing a check to Mary Fitch at 2867 Wagon Road Decorah, IA, 52101.

Buttons can also be purchased from 4-H leaders and Fair Board members, as well as at dozens of Winneshiek County locations. In Ossian, buttons can be obtained at Casey’s, Co-Op 1 Stop, Farmers Union Co-Op, Luana Savings Bank, and State Bank. In Calmar, buttons can be purchased at State Bank.

Grandstand events include stock car races Tuesday night, music from Cory Farley and James Otto on Wednesday, the Tri-State Truck and Tractor Pull on Thursday, music from The Last Ride and Sawyer Brown on Friday, and CC Bull Riding and Barrel Racing on Saturday.
