South Winn Middle School students take to stage

 

South Winn Middle School will present “The Seuss Odyssey” at 7 p.m. Friday, March 28, and Saturday, March 29, in the high school auditorium. Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for students. South Winn Middle School students take to stage

 

 

Some of you parents and grandparents may remember reading “The Odyssey” by Homer, and many individuals of all ages have some memories attached to the name Dr. Seuss.  

South Winn Middle School will present “The Seuss Odyssey” at 7 p.m. Friday, March 28, and Saturday, March 29, in the high school auditorium.

This play is a retelling of some of Homer's epic poem as though it had been written by Dr. Seuss. For those who have read “The Odyssey,” familiar characters will be present. For those up on their Dr. Seuss, many of his most famous tales will be honored.

This is a show for all ages, acted and produced by local middle school students.  Come join the fun!
