The South Winn softball team picked up its seventh win of the season Tuesday night, June 9, in Waukon. The softball was jumping off the bat for South Winn, as eight girls collected hits in the 10-4 road win.

Taylor Bucheit, a freshman who has found herself to be the cornerstone of the South Winn pitching rotation, tossed seven innings of two hit-baseball to earn the decision.  She struck out eight Waukon batters and allowed only one earned run.
